Description:
a monofilament polypropylene woven geotextile, widely used to improve soft soil foundation ,
separate gravel course , discharge water and particularly has incomparable advantages in
filtration. And Compared in the feature of filtration to the tradition woven geotextile, it gains
widespread acceptance and use in wastewater screening .
Filtration : By woven into a regular network and calendared , the filaments retain dimensional
stability relative to each other. These characteristics make it ideal for preventing the passage of
fine soil granules and allowing passage of fluid.
Reinforcement : Safely limit the excursion of civil work over long time of use and transfer or allocate
the stress on soil over a larger area
Separation : Separate the civil work materials into stable interfaces and ensure them to function both
individually and as a whole.
Cushion buffer : Placed on a slope , it can prevent soil granules from being flushed away
Corrosion resistance : The geotextile is resistant to ultraviolet degradation and also to biological and
chemical environments normally found in soils.
Woven Geotextiles
Woven Monofilament Geotextiles
Woven Monofilament Geotextiles, often referred to as Filtration Geotextiles, are manufactured from extruded polypropylene monofilaments woven to create a very dimensionally stable, highly permeable geotextile. As filters, Woven Monofilament Geotextiles have superior resistance to soil and biological clogging. As separators and stabilizers, they allow water to freely pass while preventing contamination of base material and adding tensile elements to soil and fill material.
1:
Woven geotextiles (or paving geotextiles) are used in paved and unpaved roads, where soft soils in the subgrade may be present. The expected life of paved roads and parking lots is extended by permanently separating the subgrade from the aggregate. As an alternate, the aggregate thickness can be reduced by as much as 50%.
2:
Our woven geotextiles are primarily used in road building and embankment construction, but they are also used in drainage, filtration, separation, and soil reinforcement.
